The #IGChatter Week

The world we lived in has turned so small now. Even if we are miles and oceans apart from one another, we bridge the gap by communication. Letters can now be sent in just one click. Messages can now be conveyed in so short a time electronically. News and information can now be shared as it happens. The Internet has given birth to so many things and multitude of opportunities for netizens, giving birth to a new language as well, that we now use in our day to day activities.

This week, let us share fitting photos for common Internet slangs and acronyms, this is @IGersManila’s #IGChatter.

Follow @IGersManila and Make It Your #9pmhabit – Everyday at 9:00PM Philippine Time (PHT / GMT +8:00), we’re asking Pinoy IGers and friends across the globe to share and tag photos with a specific theme or topic.

TGIF means “thank God it’s Friday!” Today, Friday 19-October-2012, share visual stories of things you are thankful for – the hand you hold sweetly or the alarm clock that rings up the morning, the work you are proud of or simply the hearty lunch – share photos of moments you are thankful for. Enjoy and be creative with your posts using your favorite photo edit and filter apps.

POST AND TAG AS MANY AS YOU WANT BUT USE ONLY YOUR OWN PHOTOS (NEW OR OLD) AND DO THIS AT EXACTLY 9:00PM PHT TONIGHT. Don’t forget to include #IGersManila #9pmhabit #IGersPhilippines #IGChatter in your caption. Keep the #goodvibes rolling by appreciating tagged entries with #IGHeartAttack, interact by posting positive comments, follow fellow IGers and make new friends. We’ll be checking the tagged photos from around 9:00PM to 11:00PM PHT, and announce the #9pmhabit #PhotoPick the next day at around 9:00AM PHT. Register at IGERSMANILA.COM to be in the Circle of Snapshooters #iCoss and join our growing community of visual storytellers.
